You can enjoy your morning coffee at LUXESCAPE on the covered balcony with a view of the mountains, so you can decide whether you want to go to the mountains or go to the lake in the valley for water sports.
The nearby gondola at the middle station (accessible on foot) takes you to the Gerlitzen summit so that you can do a few turns on the slopes in winter or cycle down the trail on a mountain bike in summer, soar into the air on a paraglider or explore the hiking trails to explore.
The bedroom at LUXESCAPE has a comfortable 1.80m double bed, the living room is equipped with a sleeping alcove with a loft bed so that two people can sleep there. In the living/dining area you will find a pull-out sofa bed including a 1.40x1.95m lying area, a TV and a spacious dining area. The kitchen is fully equipped with a cooking island, refrigerator and everything else you need and if you don't feel like cooking, you have the option of having breakfast or dinner a few meters further in the Bergspitz restaurant at the Hotel Alps Resorts (not included in the price ).
Families are not neglected either. There is a selection of games, painting materials, travel cot and fall protection as well as children's crockery and cutlery.
We provide you with bed linen and towels. A welcome set of coffee and tea awaits you.

The local and overnight tax is €4.00 per person (from 17 years) per night and will be charged extra after the stay.
The amount of the local tax is determined by the tourism association and adjusted if necessary. We have no influence on changes.

Information Cancellation:
According to the Austrian Hotel Regulations, a booking can be cancelled free of charge up to 3 months before arrival. Up to 1 month before arrival, 40% up to 1 week before arrival 70% and in the last week before arrival 90% of the accommodation price will be charged as a cancellation fee. Please note that in the event of a no-show, 100% of the booked services will be charged. We recommend that you take out travel cancellation insurance if you do not have one.

All hiking enthusiasts and those who want to become one have come to the right place!
Family experiences
The Kanzelhöhe Adventure Arena offers a varied alternative program to family hiking (for a fee). A variety of activities await you: sliding fun on the summer tubing track, a wooden marble run for young explorers, mini electric piste racers for little racers, an action-packed forest high ropes course and much more.
Bike trails for young and old
The new lake.bike Kids Bike Park offers action-packed bike sports for children and young people aged 3 and over. The approximately 1 kilometer long Bino Trails are specially developed for the needs of children and young people and guarantee safe cycling fun. The PROlitzen Trail awaits experienced mountain bikers, which runs from the Kanzelhöhe down to the valley station of the Kanzelbahn.
Paragliding with a lake panorama
Due to the special thermals, the Gerlitzen Alpe is a paradise for aviation. When the weather is relatively stable at any time of the year, you can get to know Lake Ossiach from a completely new perspective while paragliding. With several take-off options at different altitudes, the mountain offers the perfect flying conditions for both beginners and advanced users. And all those who don't fly themselves can marvel at the impressive take-off maneuvers at the Gerlitzen summit.
Winter impressions
There is a ski school with ski depot at the middle station. There are 52 kilometers of fully snow-covered slopes of all levels of difficulty available. The Gerlitzen Alpe toboggan hill is located at the Kanzelbahn middle station, just behind the Sunn Alm. The moderately difficult trail starts at 1,700 m above sea level and stretches over six kilometers. Great mountain panoramas open up on the tour between the Pöllinger Hütte and the Hotel Feuerberg. There is also a classic cross-country skiing tour of medium difficulty from the Kammerhütte to the Steinernes Tisch and from there back again (around three kilometers). The four kilometer long Arriach trail of medium difficulty starts from the parking lot at the Klösterle valley station (on the other side of the Gerlitzen). In Krastal, winter sports enthusiasts can also look forward to the 1.5 kilometer long Krastal cross-country ski trail. The nearby Villach Alpine Arena with the Möltschach trails is particularly attractive for cross-country skiers. The Seiser Alm offers cross-country skiing fun with Italian flair.
Coming from Salzburg: A2 motorway exit Ossiacher See/Villach - B94 towards Treffen, take the third exit at the roundabout, at the end of the town of Treffen turn right up towards Kanzelhöhe and then always go straight ahead.
The only other way to get to the accommodation is by taxi.
