Cancellation:
According to Austrian hotel regulations, a booking can be canceled free of charge up to 3 months before arrival. Up to 1 month before arrival, 40%, 1 week before arrival, 70% and in the last week before arrival, 90% of the overnight stay will be charged as a cancellation fee.
We recommend taking out travel cancellation insurance if none is available.
1. Check-in is from 3:00 p.m., check-out is no later than 10:00 a.m. Early check-in or late check-out is possible for a fee subject to availability. Guests who stay beyond the agreed check-out time or who delay our cleaning are liable for all resulting costs and expenses.
2. For your well-being, our apartments are equipped with high-quality real wood floors. The real wood floors must not be walked on with street shoes. We therefore provide you with slippers for the duration of your stay.
3. Smoking, parties and excessive noise are not permitted, not even on balconies or in common areas (e.g. hallways). Violations of the smoking ban will result in a fee of €250 plus the costs for special cleaning and damage repair.
4. Commercial photography/videography without written permission and illegal activities are strictly prohibited. Photos and videos for social media are welcome. Tag us on Instagram at luxes.cape
5. Guests exceeding the number stated on the reservation are not permitted. We charge €40 per night for each unauthorized guest.
6. Pets are only permitted after consultation. Violations of our pet policy may incur a separate cleaning fee. Guests with service animals are requested to contact us prior to their stay. €15 per dog per night (dogs are not allowed in the Gerlitzen 2.302 apartment!)
7. Guests are responsible and liable for costs to replace lost keys, key cards, remote controls or parking permits.
8. Noise level measuring systems may be installed in the apartments to monitor excessive noise levels. Video surveillance may be installed in public areas.
9. Guests are fully responsible and liable for any damage or loss to the premises and facilities. Guests must report any damage to our customer service.
10. Booking a reservation implies agreement to abide by the house rules. Guests who do not comply with the house rules are liable for all resulting damages, fees, costs or expenses. Failure to comply may result in immediate cancellation of the reservation and eviction from the apartment without refund.
11. E-cars may not be charged using the normal sockets in the house!
